Dr. Charanjit Reddy Veeramalla

President

A highly qualified medical professional with MBBS, MD (US), and an MBA in Hospital Management, has been practicing Internal Medicine in the US for 15 years. As a visionary leader, he founded Bannu Healthcare, a medical coding service company in the USA, and Bannu Health Center in India, offering hospital and diagnostic services. Both organizations commenced operations in 2020. Additionally, he established Bannu Arogyada Seva Society, a nonprofit registered in India (2013) and the US as Bannu INC (2011), dedicated to serving underprivileged communities.

MS. Sandhya Rani

CEO

Sandhya Rani Thirunagari is an experienced healthcare professional with a decade of healthcare experience. She has joined Spy Health as CEO on October 2021. In this position, she provides overall strategic direction for Spy Health and its operations. She has a strong track record of transforming healthcare payers and technology companies, and she has led these organizations in making a significant difference in their communities.

Healthcare experience in Medical coding is about 15+ years with hands-on knowledge about end-to-end in Medical coding functions of CDI, Inpatient, Outpatient, Compliance coding and auditing, Evaluation Management and Home health care coding. Strong and wide experience in the area of Provider Revenue Cycle Management, Account management, Operations management, People management, vendor management, Revenue optimization, Appraisal management & Performance management Responsible for managing operations & spearheading teams for excelling business targets & service delivery metrics keeping in client SLA in TAT.

Ms. Sandhya Rani Thirunagari holds a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from JNTU University as well as a master’s degree in pharmacy from the same university.

Pramod Reddy Bairu

Managing Director

Pramod Reddy Bairu, as a senior finance leader with over 16 years of extensive experience, has gained extensive expertise in corporate governance, business partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, treasury and cost management, financial operations, financial accounting and reporting, corporate partnerships, and strategic alliances.

He is also a certified member of the AAPC. He has experience in various medical coding projects like HCC coding, clinical documentation improvement (CDI), and HEDIS (Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set), among others.

Mr. Pramod Reddy Bairu, holds a Bachelor of Technology from JNTU University as well as a master’s Technology from the same university.

Edward J. Laverty

Director of Business Development

is a seasoned Physician Assistant with over three decades of dedication to urgent and emergency medicine, primary care, orthopedics, and medical education. He is board-certified in Primary Care and Surgery and licensed across multiple states, including New Hampshire, Vermont, New York, and Maine. His extensive academic background includes a Bachelor of Science from Hahnemann University and specialized training in prehospital critical care. Edward’s career reflects an unwavering commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care across diverse healthcare settings.

Edward has held significant leadership roles at Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital, serving as Chief Medical Officer, Associate Director of Emergency Medicine, and EMS & Trauma Coordinator. His responsibilities have ranged from direct patient care in high-acuity emergency settings to hospital preparedness planning and serving on the Board of Directors. He has consistently demonstrated initiative in bridging hospital and prehospital care, training staff in emergency protocols, and coordinating trauma response systems.

His passion for education is equally evident, with longstanding contributions as a preceptor, guest lecturer, and advisory board member at institutions like Franklin Pierce University and the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. He has mentored numerous physician assistant students, helping shape future generations of clinicians. His expertise has also been sought at regional conferences where he has presented on topics ranging from trauma assessment to pediatric emergencies and airway management.

Beyond clinical duties, Edward has actively served his community through decades of EMS volunteerism and service on rescue squads and EMS leadership boards. His accolades include multiple Preceptor of the Year awards, educator recognitions, and a prestigious EMS Leadership Award. Known for his hands-on expertise, educational insight, and commitment to service, Edward Laverty exemplifies the role of a dynamic healthcare professional and mentor.
